CUSTOMER CHARTER


The Alliance has published a customer charter. This charter sets out a common approach to customers, customer care principles etc. The Customer Charter is agreed upon and adhered to by all the Members.

The purpose of the joint Customer Charter is to communicate clearly, to the customers of the airspace in which Borealis Members provides services, about the vision, objective and main targets of the alliance. Furthermore this Customer Charter aims to communicate service standards and joint initiatives for improvements to customer services.
