The Borealis Alliance Board met on 17 March 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
A big thank you to Oro Navigacija for the outstanding hospitality and for providing a fantastic setting for engaging and productive discussions. The meeting centred around a strategic workshop focused on the future direction of the Borealis Alliance.
We are also delighted to welcome Kalmer Sutt as the new Director of Borealis – we look forward to the journey ahead together.
The meeting also marked the farewell of Ann Persson Grivas, Director General of LFV, who attended her final meeting as a member of the Borealis Alliance Board. The partners expressed sincere gratitude for her long-standing commitment and valuable contributions to the Alliance.
To everyone who participated: thank you for your energy, valuable insights, and strong engagement throughout a truly dynamic Board meeting. Important conversations on the future of the alliance and our strategic priorities are now well underway.

Formed in 2012, the Alliance is a voluntary collaboration between the ANSPs of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
